I have been using this particular tool [Symantec Partition Magic] for many years now and it never fails to impress me with its long list of useful utilities. Symantec Partition Magic creates partitions on the go with its impressive features, tools and formatting utilities. Symantec Partition Magic may seem daunting at first, what with all the restarting and DOS screens needed for a successful partition, yet the tools always clearly show exactly what your pc’s hard drive partitions will appear like beforehand, saving you the heartache from an incorrect partition job.

Symantec Partition Magic 8, previously developed by PowerQuest, is a highly effective partition management package for Windows.

Symantec Partition Magic 8 is not only for creating and managing partitions, it also comes with features such as:
- PQBoot: While in windows, select which Operating system you would like to start up with on the next reboot.
- Change NTFS partition sizes without rebooting.
- Create a back-up partition and install another Operating system.
- Large drive support

Symantec Partition Magic 8 also has added support for Linux Ext3 Partitions, GRUB, USB2 and FireWire (1394).

This software is great and saves hours and hours of reinstalling and formatting. Unfortunately this trial is quite limited.
