Many people in the office are not as tech savvy as myself, so an application like WorkgroupShare comes in really handy. Outlook Contacts, calendars and emails can be shared with WorkgroupShare and very easily I may add. Just add users whenever necessary and off you go. WorkgroupShare is easy to install, but get your IT specialist to do it just in case.
