While not revolutionary, the tool serves its intended function sufficiently, and is a useful addition to any developers tool box. One of the best features has to be the fact that RTF-to-HTML DLL is a standalone DLL component, meaning it can be used in conjunction with virtually any programming application. This gives the tool very wide functionality and there are also a number of different files conversion options to choose from, which goes a long way to further the appeal.
