Serv-U lets you start your own FTP server and supports resuming downloads. The interface is passable [too old school for me] and the functionally is better than expected. Serv-U is strictly for professionals in my mind, as the learning curve seemed too high for a beginner. I expect an IT wizard to garner far more use out of Serv-U then the novice.
